'A Box Full Of Lace'

A box full of lace. I bought it yesterday with the intent to use it on bags but I like it so very much as it is! I am afraid that I will never use it.

Een doos met oud kant. Ik kocht het gisteren met de bedoeling het voor tassen te gebruiken ,maar ik vind het zo, zo mooi. Ik denk niet dat ik het ga gebruiken!

'Lace'

Here you can have a closer look at the contents of the box. Do you see that little bag? The box is full of little brown transparent envelopes filled with tiny emblems as you can see in the right corner of the picture. Everything is so very cute. It is a pity to use it on a bag. It should stay in the box to look at.


Hier kan je de inhoud van de doos beter zien. Zie je dat kleine tasje? De doos zit vol met doorzichtige bruine envelopjes met hele kleine embleempjes er in, zoals je in de rechter hoek op de foto kan zien. Het is allemaal zo schattig dat het zonde is om te gebruiken voor een tas. Het moet maar in de doos blijven Gewoon mooi om naar te kijken!

'Flower Bag'

This is the 'Flower Bag'. Some people think that I have made all the stiches, but this 'Vintage' material is a kind of gobelin cloth you also can find on antique chairs. The bag is 33 cm wide and 25 cm high. It has a firm lining. so it can be used everyday. It closes with a zip. The handle is 150 cm.

Dit is de 'Bloemen Tas'. Sommige mensen denken dat ik al die steekjes gemaakt heb, maar dit is een soort gobelin stof die je ook wel op antieke stoelen aantreft. De tas is 33 cm breed en 25 cm hoog. Hij is stevig gevooerd, dus kan tegen eeen stootje. Hij gaat dicht met een rits. Het hengsel is 150 lang.

'Embroidery Picture'

This little embroidery is the breeche of the 'Flower Bag'.
(In fact the bag closes with a zip, but it seems as if this is the breeche.)

Dit geburduurde schilderijtje is de sluiting van de 'Bloemen Tas'.
(In werklelijkheid stluit de tas met een ritsluiting, maar het lijkt als of dit de sluitng is.)

SOLD(VERKOCHT) ON A 'DICKENS FAIR'

These bags I sold on a 'Dickens Fair', together with the bag 'that had to go with the curtains' and an other bag with an angel on it, I have no picture of unfortunately.

I am always looking for these little frames with beautiful ladies in them, but they are very hard to find. I have many bigger ones, but the are to heavy on a bag.

Deze tassen heb ik verkocht op een 'Dickens Markt', samen met de tas 'die bij de gordijnen moest passen' en nog een tas met een engel er op, waar ik helaas geen foto van heb.

Ik ben altijd op zoek naar deze kleine lijstjes met mooie juffrouwen er in, maar ze zijn erg moeilijk te vinden. Wel grotere maar die zijn te zwaar voor een tas

'The Golden Bag'

This is the only golden bag. Most of my bags are red or pink because the 'vintage' material I use, often has that colour. If you are an 'Autum Type' (as I am) you should buy this bag as it will go nicely with all your clothes.

The bag is 22 cm wide and 22 cm high. It is made off very firm ribbed corded material, so it can be used everyday. It closes with a zip. The handle is 150 cm.

Dit is de enige goudleurige tas. De meeste van mijn tassen zijn rood of rose omdat het 'Vintageachtige' materiaal dat ik gebruik meestal die kleur heeft. Waneer u toevallig een 'Herfst Type' bent (net als ik) dan zou u deze tas moeten kopen omdat hij dan bij al uw kleding past.

De Tas is 22 bij 22. Hij is gemaakt van een stevige ribcord zodat hij tegen dagelijks gebruik kan. Hij gaat dicht met een ritssluiting. Het hengsel is 150 cm lang.

'Two Little Angels And A Lady'

This beautiful lady is surrounded by two little angels. It is a brooch with a tiny frame around it. The colours suit it beautifully. Without the frame the Bag is rather dull.

Deze mooie dame is omgeven door twee kleine engeltjes. Het is een broche in een petieterig lijstje. De kleuren komen heel mooi bijelkaar. De tas zou tamelijk saai zijn zonder het lijstje.

This is the 'Will You Marry Me' bag. It is made from brocade and golden braid. It is 37 cm wide and 37 cm High. It is closed with a zip on top. The halter is 150 cm.

Dit is de 'Will You Marry Me' tas. Hij is gemaakt van brokaad afgezet met goud galon. De maten zijn 37 cm x 37 cm en hij gaat dicht met een rits boven aan. Het hengsel is 150 cm.

'The Young Couple'

This young couple are on the front of the 'Will You Marry Me' bag. The tablet is very beautiful with floodlight.

Dit lieftallige stel vormen de voorkant van de 'Will You Marry Me' tas. De plaket is vooral mooi als de zon er over strijkt.

'The Doll Bag'

This is the 'Doll Bag'. It is made of velvet, goldenbreid and lace. It has a firm lining so it can be used everyday. It closes with a zip. It is 30 cm wide cm x 50cm high. The handle is 150 cm.

Dit is de 'Doll Bag'. Het is gemaakt van vluweel, goud galon en kant. Het is stevig gevoerd zodat het elke dag gebruikt kan worden. De tas gaat dicht met een ritssluiting. De afmetingen zijn 35 cm x 30 cm. Het hengsel is 150 cm.

'Brides Lace'

The background of the doll is made from lace of a wedding gown. It makes the doll look like an angel.

De achtergrond van het popje bestaat uit kant van een trouwjurk. Het is net of het popje vleugels heeft.

'Beautiful Doll'

This beautiful doll is the centre piece of 'The Doll Bag'. I bought her on the flea market together with an other doll. The lady I bought it from, told me she had bought the dolls in France. She also said that she had a bag full of these dolls. She promised me to bring the dolls to the next flea market. But I never saw the lady again! So it has become a rather rare doll and a very special bag!

Dit mooie popje vormt het midden stuk van de 'Doll Bag'. Ik kocht haar op de vlooien markt samen met nog een ander popje. De vrouw van wie ik het popje kocht vertelde dat ze de popjes in Frankrijk had gekocht en dat ze er een zak vol van had. Ze beloofde mij, ze met de volgende vlooienmarkt mee te brengen. Ik zag de vrouw echter nooit terug. Daarom is het een vrij zeldzaam popje geworden en wel een heel bijzondere tas!

Personally this is my favourite bag. It has beautiful colours that I like very much!
It is made of velvet with silver braid.

Persoonlijk is dit mijn favoriete tas. Ik vind hem zo mooi van kleur!
Hij is gemaakt van velours, afgezet met zilver gallon.

The young lady reminds me of a girl I went to school with.

Dit is het middenstuk van de 'Innocent Girl Bag'
Het juffertje herinnert mij aan een meisje waar ik mee op school zat.

This bag I sold to an elderly lady. She didn't want to use it as a bag, but wanted it as an object of art in her room. She wanted a bag that would go with her curtains and this one was very suitable.

Deze tas verkocht ik aan een vrouw op leeftijd. Ze wilde hem niet als tas gebruiken ,maar als een kunst object in haar kamer hangen. De Tas moest bij de gordijnen passen en deze tas paste daar precies bij.

Beautiful 'Caméo'

This is the centre piece of 'The bag with the beautiful caméo'. It is a brooch with a tiny little frame around it, and it makes the caméo even more beautiful.




Dit is het cetrum van 'De tas met de mooi camée'. Het bestaat uit een broche met een klein lijstje er omheen, dat de camée nog beter doet uitkomen.

De 'Betty Boop' Tas

This is the 'Betty Boop' Bag. It is a comfortable bag with much room in it. It is 35 cm wide and 30 cm high. All my bags are closed with a zip. The are solid made (with a firm lining) so you can use them every day.

Dit is de 'Betty Boop' tas. Een confortabele tas met veel ruimte. Hij is 35 cm breed en 39 cm hoog. Al mijn tassen gaan dicht met een ritssluiting. Ik heb ze stevig in elkaar gezet en gevoerd met meubel stof zodat ze tegen een stootje kunnen.

'Turmac' Applicatie

Dit is een applicatie die ik op de 'Betty Boop' tas heb genaaid. Zowel deze applicatie als 'Betty Boop herself'' heb ik wat opgehoogd zodat het lijkt of ze van de stof afkomen.

Deze mooie applicaties kreeg je vroeger bij de 'Turmac' sigaretten cadeau.

'Betty Boop' Herself

This is 'Betty boop' herself. It is a very old application. Earlier you got this kind of application by the Turmac tabaco.
You can see I padded her up a bit so it seems as if she wants to come off the material.

SOLD (VERKOCHT)

Dit is een schoudertasje. Het is 25 cm breed en 20 cm hoog. Ik heb het gemaakt van oud materiaal en opgesierd met een klokken- en een bloemen broche.
De stof waar het tasje van gemaakt is, is brokaat en het is afgezet met goudgalon. Het tasje is gevoerd met stevige meubelstof zodat het tegen dagelijks gebruik bestand is. Het gaat dicht met een rits

This is a shoulder bag. It is 25 cm wide and 20 cm high. I made it from vintage material and decorated it with a clock and flower brooch.
The material from which the bag is made is brocade and it is edged with golden braid. The bag is lined with heavy furnishing material so you are able to use it every day. It closes with a zip.
